I am Bailey, a horse girl turned tattoo artist. I have spent my days working with and riding horses and since starting tattooing, have found a niche for western and high desert themed designs. I enjoy tattooing in multiple styles, both illustrative and bold. The use of sketchy pencil like designs and bold black fill, both with elements of red can be found in all of my designs.
Red suns, stars, animals, and horses, oh ya horses, are a huge inspiration to me and have become a staple in my tattoo designs. Nostalgia and simplicity are a huge soft spot for me, with a lot of my pieces, I feel a comfort and longing for something I have never had.
I am driven by my experience of tattooing and gender expression. My identity is strongly connected to my art and its place on my body. My goal is to create a space where people feel the same sense of autonomy and connection to their skin.
Outside of tattooing, I am a cat mom to two sweet boys, Lucky and Dylan, a horse girl, duh, and the graphic and interior designer for Bastion Coffee Roasters.
